Like last year, in the district Sehore, which is near the capital Bhopal, this year too, the Kanwar yatra is being taken out

under the guidance of storyteller Pandit pradeep Mishra. There is tremendous enthusiasm among the devotees across

the country regarding the Kavad Yatra. This can be gauged from the fact that thousands of devotees have reached

Kubeshwar Dham a day before. Flowers will be showered by helicopter on the devotees involved in the Kanwar Yatra

starting from Sehore district headquarters to Kubeshwar Dham. Pandit pradeep Mishra released the video and told that

Rudraksh will not be distributed tomorrow.

How far will be the Kanwar Yatra?

Priyanshu Dixit, the media in-charge of Vithalesh Seva Samiti, said that thousands of devotees are reaching Kubeshwar

Dham every day in the month of Sawan, but for the last three-four days a tremendous increase is being seen in the

number of devotees. Devotees are reaching Kubeshwar Dham for the Kanwar yatra to be held on august 16 in Sehore.

For the second year also, this Kanwad yatra, which is taken out for about 11 kilometers from the seashore of the city, is

no less than Sanjivani for the people of the area. To participate in the yatra, the Kanwad pilgrims will come to the city and

reach Kubereshwardham with faith and enthusiasm. During this, arrangements will be made for welcome and drinking

water at more than 300 places by the people's representatives, apart from residents of the city, villagers and social

organisations.
