Chief minister Stalin has condemned the mandatory hindi language test in educational institutes under the Union Ministry of Education. On the 17th, the National Testing Agency has issued a notification making the hindi language test mandatory in the non-teaching officer appointment examinations in the educational institutions of the Union government including NIT. hindi language test is made compulsory in it. 20 percent and 30 percent marks are awarded for english and hindi language tests. english and hindi score details are not given separately.

Many people are condemning this move which could increase the opportunities of students from hindi speaking states and seriously affect the opportunities of non-Hindi speaking students. In that regard, chief minister Stalin has condemned the mandatory hindi language test in educational institutes under the Union Ministry of Education.


 Chief minister Stalin said on his twitter page, “National Selection Agency (NTA) making hindi language test mandatory for non-teaching posts in National Institutes of technology (NIT) and other institutions under the Union Ministry of education is an act of undermining linguistic equality. A blatant insult to diversity. Imposing hindi in this way is depriving the youth of other non-Hindi speaking states including tamil Nadu.” Condemned. Also, chief minister Stalin has insisted that the unfair hindi language exam should be canceled and it should be made an exam for all.
