In order to participate in the case hearing, applicants who file complaints with the TS Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS-RERA) would no longer need to go to the RERA office in Hyderabad; instead, they can do so virtually from their respective locations. The Virtual Hearing System (VHS) was formally introduced here on tuesday by TSRERA Chairman N Satyanarayana. The goal was to use technology to make things easier for candidates. Previously, he added, it was difficult for applicants to go to the TS RERA office in hyderabad from various areas to take part in the case hearing.

Applicants can now electronically attend the case hearing from their residences, especially senior executives and those who live in remote areas. He said that within 40 days of RERA's official organisation, the virtual hearing system had been established. The virtual system will not only make things easier for applicants, but it will also speed up the resolution of complaints. The majority of the time, applicants and organisations challenge hearing dates and give various justifications throughout the process. With this method, case hearings may now be accelerated, which will help cases be resolved more quickly.

Three organisations who broke RERA guidelines and asked for an explanation within 15 days received Show Cause notifications from the TS RERA. A few organisations received similar notifications last week. Sri lakshmi narasimha Country -3 leaflets and brochures were distributed by nani Developers, whose office is located on the nagole Express Road next to Supraja Hospital. He claimed that none of this was being done with the required RERA registration.

Arna Infra Developers, prem Nagar, Khairatabad, received notices. The organisation was handing out pamphlets about their intention to sell open plots in Maheswaram when it was not registered with the RERA. Aarambh and Aaranya in Chintapally on the nagarjuna sagar Highway and Amangal at the srisailam Highway, respectively, were developments developed by Assured Property Private Limited near Mallamma Express Road in Karmanghat. The TSRERA Chairman N Satyanarayana warned the organizations to obtain RERA registration for their projects, failing which stringent action would be initiated against the managements.
