Arguments start in ap High Court..!? CBN Quash Petition..!?

Arguments have started in the ap high court on the quash petition filed by telugu desam party chief Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu was arrested by the CID officials in the skill development case. The acb court in vijayawada imposed a 14-day judicial remand. However, Chandrababu approached the ap high court to suspend the judicial remand order issued by the acb court. However, the high court, which took up the hearing on this petition last week, ordered the CID to file a counter. The further hearing was adjourned till today. Harish Salve makes his case virtually. Harish Salve said Chandrababu's arrest is against the law.
On the other hand, supreme court Advocate mukul rohatgi and AAG Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy will hear arguments on behalf of CID.
