Chityala (Chakali) Ailamma's outstanding heroism and dynamism during the telangana armed struggle were praised by chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who said that her legacy continues to inspire younger generations. He honoured Ailamma and remembered her struggles and tenacity during the formal State government-organized ceremonies of her birth anniversary.

The chief minister praised chityala Ailamma as a democracy activist who battled legal battles in the courts to protect her rights in a statement on Tuesday. She continued to be a representation of the poor segments of society's esteem for themselves. He claimed that her quest for justice served as a significant source of motivation for the effort to establish telangana State and its subsequent development. According to Chandrashekhar Rao, in recognition of chityala Ailamma's sacrifices on behalf of the populace, the State government is formally organising her birth and death anniversaries.

He said that unlike any other State in the nation, the State government was dedicated to the welfare of its residents. The State government's numerous initiatives for the advancement and welfare of women and MBCs were successful in their goals. He emphasised that the State government was raising the living standards of the marginalised groups in a meaningful way and that efforts to improve the welfare of MBC women will continue.
