Speaking to the media on Wednesday, abn and TV5 were under fire for spreading false propaganda on the arguments going on in the court. Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy commented that this is evil. He complained that abn and TV5 are behaving badly... these two channels are broadcasting blatant lies. Ponnavolu expressed his anger that the court was broadcasting as if he was obstructing my arguments.

He made it clear that he has nothing to fear from such campaigns.. The current government has nothing to do with this case. Ponnavolu stated that the GST DG had taken up the investigation in the Skill case in 2018 itself. Ponnavolu said that A37 and A38 are involved in the skill scam. sudhakar Reddy stated that the court has presented the complete evidence. Earlier, during the hearing on Chandrababu Naidu's bail and custody petitions in the Skill Development Scam, AAG Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy heard arguments on behalf of the CID. Argued on why Chandrababu should not be granted bail. Ponnavolu stated that Chandrababu is influencing the witnesses even from remand. Ponnavolu argued that Chandrababu is influencing while he is in jail.


However, the judge asked if there is any evidence that Chandrababu has touched money in the skill scam. Ponnavolu brought to the notice of the court that Pendyala srinivas and Vasudev Parthasani had absconded abroad. He stated that they had gone abroad because of financial transactions with Chandrababu. Ponnavolu argued that PV Ramesh, who had given his statement under 164, had changed his word.
