Prime minister Narendra Modi reached jodhpur in rajasthan on thursday (October 5), where he inaugurated
and laid the foundation stone of various development projects worth about Rs 5,000 crore in the state. During
this, governor Kalraj Mishra, Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Kailash Chaudhary and Rajasthan
government minister Bhai Bhajan Lal were present. The thing to note is that no one from the state government
was present in PM Modi’s jodhpur meeting, not even cm Ashok Gehlot.
This view of PM is not right – Gehlot
cm ashok gehlot has questioned this view of the PM. He said that, I do not consider PM Modi’s approach
appropriate. He is going to different parts of the country and starting projects without the participation of Chief
Ministers. He only follows the formality. Today he laid the foundation stone of projects worth Rs. 6 thousand
crores, the work is not getting completed, he keeps laying the foundation stones. He inaugurated projects worth
Rs 6 thousand crores, I inaugurated projects worth Rs 12 thousand crores. But it is not appropriate to do this
kind of work without involving the state government.
State government remained missing in chhattisgarh also
Let us tell you, before this, PM Modi’s meeting was also organized in Bastar, chhattisgarh, where no official
from the chhattisgarh state government attended. cm Bhupesh Baghel himself did not become a part of this
program. Apart from this, Bastar Bandh was announced by congress and other parties in Bastar. Showing the
absence of the state government in the rally, PM Modi fiercely attacked the Baghel government. The PM had
said that those people did not come here today because they were busy saving their government. He is afraid of
losing his chair.
