Preparations for the assembly elections have intensified in Chhattisgarh. All the parties are now busy releasing
the list of their candidates. bjp has released two lists of its candidates. Whereas aam aadmi party has released
three lists of candidates, but till now not a single list of candidates has been released by Congress. Actually,
Congress is waiting for the end of Pitru Paksha and has decided to release the first list of candidates along with
the worship of Goddess Durga. congress Election Committee meeting was also held in delhi on 12 October.
After the congress Election Committee meeting, chhattisgarh cm bhupesh baghel said, After consulting all
the people of the organization and discussing the survey, this list (list of congress candidates for the assembly
elections) was prepared. We had to wait till Pitru Paksha because of our colleagues, but our preparations were
already in place. The only criterion for this list has been the ability to win. The first list of congress will be
released on october 15. cm Baghel also claimed that we have made a good list of candidates. cm Baghel said
that only the winning candidate will be given the ticket. This is the real criteria for ticket distribution.
Elections will be held in two phases in Chhattisgarh
Let us tell you that the election commission has announced the dates for the elections to be held in the five
states. Along with this, Model Code of Conduct has also been implemented in all five states. elections will be
conducted in chhattisgarh in two phases. In the first phase, voting will be held on 20 seats here on november 7.
Voting for the remaining 70 seats will be held in the second phase on november 17. It is noteworthy that in the
2018 assembly elections of chhattisgarh, congress had won 68 out of 90 seats. congress got 43.9 percent votes.
