Assembly seat, has filed his nomination. He is the owner of movable and immovable property worth more than
Rs 41 crore. His income was highest in the last 5 years in the year 2018-19 when kamal nath was in power in
Madhya Pradesh.
Laxman Singh, brother of former chief minister Digvijay Singh, has filed nomination as congress candidate
from Chaura seat. He has clearly mentioned in his affidavit that his income in the year 2018-19 was Rs 13 lakh
38400. This income was his biggest income in the last 5 years. After this his income continued to decline. His
annual income in the year 2019-20 was Rs 12,63,260. Laxman Singh has mentioned in his affidavit that in the
year 2022-23, his income has become the lowest in the last 5 years at Rs 8,65,260. Thus, if we look at the
difference between the income of year 2023 and year 2018, then it is around ₹ 500000. This amount is not very
high, but in the battle of politics, voters keep an eye on everything the candidate says.

Chachoda candidate Laxman Singh and his family have movable assets worth about Rs 7 crore 76 lakh. There is
also cash worth Rs 2 crore 13 lakh. Similarly, the family has immovable assets worth about Rs 34 crore.
