These accused got fake receipt books printed and also gave receipts for money to the officials. The accused
used to receive money from government officials in cash and in the accounts of their own relatives and
acquaintances. In this regard, a case has been registered by the victim engineers at Shahbad district Baran
police station and Jayal district Nagaur police station. In the case, accused Vaibhav Aggarwal resident of
Jhalawar and Devendra Rathore resident of Kota have been identified by Vijay Swarnkar's team and
handed over to Shahbad Police.
