The teenage German-Israeli tattoo artist Shani nicole Louk was abducted by Hamas and her body was paraded around the streets of Gaza. According to Israeli President Yitzchak Herzog, "sadistic" militants "chopped off her head" and left her dead.

"I really apologize for informing you that Shani nicole Louk has been officially declared deceased and murdered. They found her skull. That implies that those vicious, savage creatures just hacked off her skull," Yitzchak Herzog stated in an interview with the German newspaper Bild. 


"What transpired at the Israel-Gaza border beyond the scope of a pogrom. An abattoir was seen. Blood was seen running across the streets. We have witnessed the most horrifying events that are humanly possible," i24 news translated.

The Israeli President said that "people were brutally abused, burned or dismembered" as to why the identification procedure took so long.

The tattoo artist's death earlier in the day was verified by her family as well. She was 23 years old.

Terrorists from Hamas kidnapped Louk from the Nova music Festival in Kibbutz Re'im and forced him to travel to the Gaza Strip. She was shown dead and covered in injuries after a vicious attack that happened in southern israel in a widely shared video that showed her lying on the back of a vehicle.

The woman's clothing was ripped as the terrorists from Hamas spat on her and thrashed her. Over 260 people are said to have died at the scene of the Tribe of Nova dance party at the Negev Desert music event, according to Israeli rescue agency Zaka.

Shani was said to have been among the first people attacked by Hamas terrorists during a music event. Information on credit card usage in Gaza that raised suspicions of robbery was sent to Shani's family by her bank.
