Residents of the highly populated areas of the nampally Assembly constituency have long complained about unpatched roads, abandoned landfills, exposed transformers, and power boxes that have gone unchecked by government officials and people's representatives.

Although it was started more than three months ago, the 250-meter stretch of road construction that connects nampally government Hospital Road to the central area of the Old City is still unfinished. nampally and the adjacent areas are experiencing chaos due to potholes and excavated material that has been left on the restricted roadways.

According to Mohammed Raheem, a local, two children and an old woman from a family in Charkhandil were injured when they lost their balance on the rocks that were left on the narrow roadways.

He added that Shaik Ahmed, 12, his mother Shaik Afreen, and sister Shaik Sana, 7, stepped out of a vehicle that could go no farther and walked down the passageway, holding hands to escape the stones, towards their home in Charkhindil. They stumbled and landed on the rock. According to Raheem, Afreen sustained a head injury, and ahmed and sana sustained bleeding injuries to their elbows and knees.

Apart from that, the people who live in Habeebnagar, nampally Aghapura, Mallapally, Habeebnagar, Mangar basti, and Afzalsagar nampally government hospital up to Aghapura are the ones who suffer the most since they have been connecting to the other side of Aghapura by a different road that starts at Sahara dairy farm.

"The rubble that has been stacked in our lane and the excavated area prevent us from parking our cars in front of our property. "Who should bear the responsibility if our cars are taken?" said P. ram Das, a Habeebnagar-based educator.

The contractors have been postponing the road laying work, the locals have been informed at many meetings with their representatives.

Syed Adil Khan stated, "The contractor was evasive and blamed the authorities."

More than 400 families in Charkandil are at risk for health problems as a result of the pile of trash that was thrown next to Charkandil Circle in Aghapura.

"We no longer use the roads where there are trash dumps because the stench of the uncollected trash is drawing stray dogs. We no longer send our children outside to play in the evenings," Charkhandil resident shaheen Begum stated.

The uncovered nala on the other side of Afzalsagar nala in Mangar Basti causes serious issues for the locals during rainy seasons.

"Our roadways become immobile when it rains. This has been taking place for years. Not a single representative has shown up to discuss our concerns. The recent downpours severely destroyed my residence. According to Kishan Singh from Mangar basti, "I had to spend `three lakh for raising boundary walls."
