Opposition leader in haryana Bhupendra Singh Hooda said on wednesday that the increasing public anger
against the bjp and JJP governments in the state is indicating a change of power in the state. While
congratulating the people on the occasion of haryana Day, congress leader Bhupendra Singh Hooda held a
public protest rally and raised the trumpet of change of power in the state. Bhupendra Singh Hooda and state
party president uday Bhan will visit all the 90 assembly constituencies of the state.
Bhupendra Singh Hooda said in his address that seeing the enthusiasm and support of the public, change is
certain in the state. No one can stop it. people are fed up with the BJP-JJP government. The public message
from Radaur will go to entire Haryana. The public has made up its mind to bring congress government in the
2024 assembly elections.
Haryana today ranks 17th in growth rate
The congress leader said that he is saddened by the decline in the developmental indicators of Haryana. As of
2014, haryana was number one in per capita income, per capita investment, employment generation and law
and order, welfare of farmers, poor and traders. Every section of the society was happy. It is sad that today
Haryana has reached 17th place in growth rate and top in unemployment, crime and drug addiction. There are
no doctors in hospitals, no teachers in schools and no employees in offices.
‘In 9 years every person is feeling cheated’
Hooda further said that where has haryana reached in the last nine years? This government had made big
promises to the public like old age pension of Rs 5,100, MSP (minimum support price) to farmers, doubling
their income and medical colleges in every district. But, after nine years everyone is feeling cheated. Apart from
this, while discussing the problems of sugarcane farmers, Hooda said, Between 2005 and 2014, the Congress
government increased the price of sugarcane from Rs 117 to Rs 310.
