Ashutosh Tandon, son of senior bharatiya janata party (BJP) leader Lalji Tandon and former Urban
Development minister, has passed away after a long illness. Ashutosh Tandon alias Gopalji was the MLA
from lucknow City east and due to being suffering from cancer for a long time, he was undergoing
treatment in Medanta, Lucknow. According to the information received on Thursday, he died during
treatment in Medanta Hospital itself.
After the demise of Ashutosh Tandon, Defense minister Rajnath Singh expressed his condolences by
