Diwali 2019 (Rajouri, J&K): Modi met the staff in Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir, the next year.
Diwali 2020 (Longewala): In 2020, Modi paid a visit to the Rajasthani border station of Longewala. In a statement, he was cited as adding that diwali is only full when he is with the warriors, whether they are in the desert or the snow-covered mountains.
Diwali 2021 (Nowshera, Kashmir): In Nowshera, Jammu and Kashmir, Modi observed the festival of lights in 2021.
