Accordingly congress MP rahul gandhi has promised to conduct caste census if congress forms the government in the
madhya pradesh assembly elections. He said that in madhya pradesh, cm Shivraj Singh Chouhan and 53
officers run the government. Of these 53 officers, only one is from a backward class. rahul gandhi said in the
public meetings of Ashoknagar and jabalpur that if there are 50 percent OBCs in this country, then there
should be 50 percent participation of OBCs in running the government.
rahul gandhi said that I have seen a government closely and have information. Governments are run not by
MPs and MLAs but by officers. Today the indian government is run by 90 officers. The budget is distributed
by them only. Similarly, the budget of madhya pradesh is about three and a half lakh crore rupees and the
decision of this budget is taken by Shivraj Singh Chauhan and his 53 officers as to where the budget will go.
Out of the 53 officers of madhya pradesh, only one officer is from the backward class.
Will provide rights to OBC and tribals- rahul Gandhi
rahul gandhi said, PM narendra modi contests and wins elections in the name of OBC voters and takes
advantage of their votes, but when it comes to the rights of OBCs, he becomes silent and says that there is no
caste in the country. No. But, when they go to vote, they say that I am an OBC. We will do the work of
conducting caste census when the government comes to power in madhya pradesh and the country. We will
also do the work of providing their rights to Dalits, OBCs and tribals.

rahul gandhi said that people of bjp spread hatred. They work to make people of one religion fight with
those of another religion. They work to make one caste fight with another caste. If there is highest
unemployment anywhere in the country then it is in Madhya Pradesh. He said that after looting Rs 30
thousand crore from farmers and public, PM Modi has given it to 16 companies. madhya pradesh has become
the capital of rape and unemployment under the rule of cm Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
