Shocking news to kcr during the election. Nagavelli raja Lingamoorthy filed a petition in Bhupalapalli First Class Judicial Magistrate court alleging that the medigadda barrage collapsed due to KCR's corruption. Along with kcr, seven others were accused in the petition as the main cause of the damage to Medigadda barrage. Rajalingam asked the court to consider his petition and immediately register an FIR against kcr and seven others and investigate.
He said that he had complained against the chief minister and seven other people but the police did not pay attention to him. That is why he said that he has filed a petition in the court. It is alleged that thousands of crores of public money has been misused by KCR. He said that not only public money was misused, but also the construction of medigadda barrage was damaged. Due to this, the purpose of kaleshwaram project is also getting watered down.
In his petition, raja Lingamurthy has also attached the report of the National Dam Safety Authority. The petitioner asked the court to order the police department and other relevant departments to look into his petition and register an FIR against kcr and others. In his petition, the petitioner has asked for a case to be filed against kcr along with Water Resources minister Harish Rao, Irrigation Secretary Rajat Kumar, Chief Minister's Secretary Smita Sabharwal, Chief Engineers Hariram, Sridhar, and L&T General Manager suresh Kumar.
