A case of firing and stone pelting has come to light in jabalpur East assembly constituency of Madhya Pradesh.
Here bjp and congress workers clashed. Firing incidents have taken place in Hanumantal and Ghamapur police
stations. In the firing, ASI got a bullet pellet in his ear. Stone pelting has also taken place. Superintendent of
Police Aditya Pratap Singh is present on the spot. A case of dispute has come to light between supporters of
BJP candidate Anchal Sonkar and congress candidate. Hundreds of bjp workers reached Ghamapur police
station, bjp candidate Anchal Sonkar has accused of attack. Heavy police force including SP Aditya Pratap
Singh is deployed at the spot.
On the other hand, four workers including bjp district General Secretary amit Sharma were injured in election
violence in Biaora in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. The injured have been admitted to Biaora District
Hospital for treatment. After the incident, bjp candidate Narayan Singh also reached the hospital to meet the
injured workers. After receiving information about the dispute, the police reached the hospital and took
statements of the injured.
It is said that during voting in Rajgarh, there was a fatal attack on four bjp workers including the District
General Secretary in Badalpura village of Biaora assembly constituency. Four people including amit Sharma
were injured in this attack, who have been admitted to Biaora Hospital for treatment. After receiving
information about the incident, bjp candidate Narayan Singh immediately reached the hospital and inquired
about the well-being of the injured workers.
Voting for the madhya pradesh assembly elections ended at 6 pm on Friday. An election officer gave this
information. The official said that the voters who are standing in the queue at the polling station will be allowed
to vote. There are 2,533 candidates in the electoral fray in the state, including political stalwarts like Chief
Minister shivraj singh chouhan and his predecessor and madhya pradesh congress president Kamal Nath. An
election official said that till 5 pm, a total of 71.16 percent voters in the state exercised their franchise.
