Sadhguru emphasized India's historic role in global trade. And said that entrepreneurship should be seen only as a way of living. Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru on friday emphasized the need to re-ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in India. He said this while addressing a gathering of entrepreneurs at the 12th edition of Insight, dna of success at Isha yoga Centre.

Chaired by Sadhguru, the event, attended by more than 250 participants, focused on the theme "Blooming in a Rising Bharat" aimed at equipping entrepreneurs and business leaders to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the fast-growing indian economy.



Participants from 18 countries participated in the event, reflecting the global interest in the success story of Rising Bharat. Sadhguru highlighted India's historical importance in world trade. He stressed the importance of reviving the entrepreneurial culture. He said that entrepreneurship should be seen only as a means of living life. Sadhguru emphasized the need to develop a sense of adventure and create a safety net to ward off risks. Sadhguru said, “In this culture we need to create a safety net for failure. It is essential to instill a sense of adventure in people.


If someone fails, if there is no safety net, if they end up on the street, people become risk averse, which kills the spirit of entrepreneurship. While discussing the Sadhguru Academy, formerly known as the Isha Leadership Academy, Sadhguru jokingly referred to the term "Isha" (the formless divinity) as "downgrading" because of the challenge of reconciling it with a leadership academy. He interpreted the renaming as an invitation for leaders to emerge from within themselves, emphasizing self-awareness as critical to understanding the outside world. The first day featured a conversation between Union minister of State for Electronics and Information technology Rajiv chandrasekhar and Sadhguru on topics like deepfakes, AI, wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital india Act, 6G and Future of Internet in Rising India.


The program will continue with sessions and workshops over the next three days, featuring insights from business leaders like Pavish Aggarwal, Dr krishna Ella, Vinod K Dasari, abhishek Ganguly and mithun Sasedi. BS nagesh and Ashutosh Pandey will host the event, comprising INSIGHT of over 25 resource leaders leading small groups of participants.
