Additionally, prime minister Narendra Modi is regularly receiving updates from the PMO regarding the state's ongoing efforts to safely rescue the 41 workers who are stuck inside the tunnel that is still under construction. According to sources, the Prime Minister's office (PMO) is receiving information from the state administration and is also keeping a close eye on the rescue effort.

Family members' concerns are growing.

The auger machine's front portion breaks, interfering with work. As a result, the families of the detained workers are becoming more and more concerned. Using the communication gear placed here, family members who are staying close to the catastrophe site frequently communicate with the workers. The workers now have access to a 6-inch pipe, which allows NDRF psychiatrists to speak with them and give them advice on how to maintain a healthy mental state and maintain their composure. Additionally, an endoscopic camera has been placed through the pipe to view the interior conditions. The employees in the tunnel exercise on a daily basis and play a variety of games to keep themselves comfortable.
