electricity system is also being affected for some time. As soon as the power in the strong room goes off, there is

panic among the candidates. Especially in the districts of ujjain, Indore, Balaghat, Dewas etc. of Madhya

Pradesh, congress candidates are constantly taking stock of the strong room arrangements. Dinesh Jain, a
