According to sources the ‘Yuva Galam Pada Yatra’ led by telugu desam party (TDP) national general secretary, Nara lokesh, crossed the record 3,000 km milestone at Yanamala Guest House. A declaration was made to open a pylon marking the historic incident.
Meanwhile Nara Lokesh’s wife, Nara Brahmani, their son Devansh, and Nandamuri Mokshkat, the tdp leader’s brother-in-law and others were present on this historic occasion. A huge crowd was present to lokesh as he crossed the 3,000 km milestone of his ‘Pada Yatra’ and expressed solidarity with the tdp national general secretary.
On the occasion, lokesh promised to reopen the Anna Canteens immediately after the party is back in power in the upcoming elections. At the Padmanabha Function Hall, some RMP doctors’ representatives met the tdp leader and submitted a memorandum to him. Furthermore they complained to him that the GO number 465, released by the tdp regime in 2017 recognizing the RMP doctors as para-medics is not implemented by the YSRCP Government. The RMP doctors appealed to lokesh to implement the GO and accord para-medics status to them when tdp comes into power.
Responding to their appeal, lokesh said that the YSRCP government has destabilised the health sector and it is pathetic that the RMP doctors who are extending social service are neglected. Once the tdp is back in power, a medical board will be constituted to resolve their problems, he said.
