The city of surat, known as the capital of gems, produces 90 percent of the country's diamonds. The bourse is expected to serve as a platform for approximately 65,000 diamond experts.

The surat Diamond Bourse, spanning 15 floors, consists of nine interconnected rectangular shapes, covering an area of 6 lakh 20 thousand square meters.
