Accordingly Ramlala's life was consecrated in ayodhya on Monday. Crown prince of Mewar and member of the former royal family Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar also participated in this program. Lakshyaraj Singh reached Mewar after participating in the pran Pratishtha Mahotsav, where he was welcomed at Maharana Pratap airport as per the mythological tradition of the royal family. At the airport, 21 pundits welcomed him by applying tilak along with Vedic chants. Along with this, flowers were showered. In fact, it was a tradition since the time of Maharanas that whenever someone from the royal family returned after having darshan of god, he was welcomed by the Pandits with chanting of mantras.
Meanwhile while talking to the media, Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar said, "The moment for which I have come as a witness cannot be expressed in words. It needs to be understood only through emotions. The whole of india had been waiting for 500 years. Everyone saw its complete completion yesterday. For those who were present there, it was not only a matter of good fortune to be present, but they also got the good fortune of getting the first darshan there. There could not have been more happiness than this."
Moreover he further said, "There is an atmosphere of happiness from that historical moment. Not only in Udaipur, there was a Diwali-like atmosphere in the whole of India. There is a matter of respect for that. There is also talk about the footsteps that our ancestors followed. The same tradition is being followed today. Everyone saw the discharge taking place here." He further said that as soon as he reached Lord ram for darshan, his mind, brain and soul were void. There was an idol of Lord ram in front, the way the idol was decorated was very beautiful, it was a very glorious moment. There were tears of happiness in the eyes. There it seemed as if I was inside my own house in Mewar."
