Accordingly Kunwar Danish Ali, mp from Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, has alleged that he has received a threatening call at his office in Delhi. On Tuesday, a threatening call was received on the landline of the MP's office. A complaint in this regard has also been lodged at Tilak Marg police station. In the complaint of Danish Ali's office available with IANS, it has been mentioned that on Tuesday, between 8 pm and 8.30 pm, repeated calls were received on the office number. The calls were answered by Danish Ali's personal secretary.
Meanwhile the police complaint states, "The person on the phone asked if this was Danish Ali's office. When Ali's personal secretary confirmed this, the caller made threats and used abusive language. The number has been verified." Danish Ali's personal secretary has said in the complaint given to the police, "A call was received on the MP's personal mobile phone from the same number. But at that time the mp was busy in a meeting, hence did not answer it."
Perhaps mp Danish ali posted from his X account, “How much will you scare? Yesterday someone called my office and tried to scare me and threatened to kill me! What kind of frustration is this? A person who believes in indian democracy cannot do this. Such anti-social elements just want me not to tell the truth! This is a bit difficult." A senior police officer said that they are investigating the matter.
When speaking to news agency lok sabha mp Danish ali said, "Yesterday evening, some calls came on my mobile. I did not attend those calls because I was in a meeting. Then some phone calls came on my landline at home. I was verbally abused and threatened. My PA recorded it and we also got the number because there was a caller ID. We called delhi police and a team reached my house. A complaint was lodged with them Was registered. Perhaps an FIR was filed by them today. I will not be afraid of such threats. I know this is an attempt to silence me, but I will not be afraid."
