As per report aam aadmi party (AAP) rajya sabha member sanjay singh was brought to Sultanpur on wednesday for appearance in an old pending case. sanjay singh appeared in the MP-MLA court from tihar jail amid heavy security. He recorded his statement in the court of Special Magistrate yogesh Kumar Yadav. After recording the statement, the police took sanjay singh to Delhi. Let us tell you that Sanjay is an accused in the delhi Excise Policy case. The AAP leader was produced in the special court of Sultanpur from Tihar jail.
Meanwhile Sanjay Singh's lawyer Madan Singh said that the AAP leader was sent to delhi after yogesh Yadav's appearance in the court. He told that the court has fixed february 14 as the next date of hearing. The police had taken the AAP rajya sabha member to Sultanpur by train under tight security this morning. AAP workers raised slogans in support of sanjay singh at Sultanpur railway station. The Sultanpur case is 16 years old. The police had registered a case against sanjay singh in the year 2008.

In the Excise Policy case of delhi, the Enforcement Directorate has arrested sanjay singh and kept him in Tihar Jail.
