In the monthly panchayat of Bharatiya Kisan Union in muzaffarnagar, Rakesh Tikait announced that on 26 and 27 february, tractors will be parked on the highway from Haridwar to Ghazipur border facing delhi and one side of the highway will be in the possession of farmers.
