kk Pathak, Additional Chief Secretary of the education Department (Bihar education Department), who was seen in alert mode regarding the presence of teachers and students in schools, is once again seen in action. This time kk Pathak has prepared to crack down on the teachers as well as the investigating officers. Now the investigating officers will have to send not only the report but also the photographs along with the teachers. On friday, kk Pathak held a meeting with all the district education Officers through video conferencing and gave many instructions.

Instructions given to inspection officers also

kk Pathak has instructed that all the inspection officers and personnel should ensure to be present for the school inspection at 8:30 in the morning and ensure to take photographs with the teachers in the school at 9:00 in the morning and send it to the group at the same time. Along with this, instructions have been given that in schools with low attendance of students, inspection should be done in both the shifts. All district education Officers have been instructed to hold a meeting with all Block education Officers on video call at 7:30 pm. Following the instructions of kk Pathak, all the district education Officers have also become alert and on friday itself, all the district education Officers have instructed their Block education Officers through a letter to follow the order.

teachers will get salary on time

Along with showing strictness on the teachers, kk Pathak is also ready to solve the problems of the teachers. kk Pathak has instructed all the program officers that under all circumstances, salaries should be paid to regular and employed teachers on the first day of the month. At the end of the month, all necessary preparations related to salary payment should be made and in any case, salaries should be paid to all the teachers on the first day of the next month. Let us tell you that the salary of employed teachers is given under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, which is available between 8th and 15th. Now kk Pathak has also given instructions for salaries to teachers.
