In such a situation, he has expressed his support to the family of hemant Soren who is facing ED inquiry. After the resignation of hemant Soren from the post of cm of jharkhand, ED had arrested him. What is the matter of hemant Soren?
Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED had arrested hemant Soren in connection with the case of encroachment on 8.5 acres of land in Badgai area. In this case, Rs 36 lakh was also recovered from his house in Delhi. Apart from these rupees, ED had also interrogated hemant Soren in a case related to money transactions related to so-called transfer posting in whatsapp chat with businessman Vinod Singh. ED alleges that Soren had taken possession of the land illegally and wanted to build a banquet hall on it.

On the other hand, ED has sent several summons to kejriwal in the matter of delhi Excise Policy. cm arvind kejriwal appeared in Delhi's Rouse Avenue court on saturday (February 17) after a complaint was given for not appearing on summons. During this time, kejriwal appeared in the court through video conferencing. He had asked the court to give him exemption for discussing the confidence motion and being present in person due to the budget session, to which the court agreed. The court has fixed march 16 as the next date of the case.
