Ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot filed a nomination…

Vaibhav Gehlot, son of former rajasthan Chief minister ashok Gehlot, filed his nomination from the Jalore-Sirohi lok sabha seat today. On this occasion, he said on social media that today he filed a nomination as a congress candidate with a pledge to guarantee better connectivity, communication, expansion, trade, and public rights of Jalore-Sirohi-Sanchaur lok sabha Constituency-18. Vaibhav Gehlot last contested the lok sabha elections from jodhpur, where Union minister gajendra singh shekhawat defeated him by a huge vote. This time congress has fielded him from the Jalore-Sirohi lok sabha seat.

After getting the ticket from Jalore, Vaibhav Gehlot said, "I think our result will be good on 25 seats in Rajasthan. As far as Jalore is concerned, we are visiting the constituency and we are getting feedback from the public and workers." It is found that despite being a bjp mp here for 15 years, this area did not get as much benefit from the Central schemes as it should have.

Let us tell you that in the last lok sabha elections, Vaibhav Gehlot was defeated by Union minister gajendra singh shekhawat from jodhpur by 274440 votes. While gajendra singh shekhawat got 788888 votes, Vaibhav Gehlot got only 514448 votes.

It is noteworthy that in the last lok sabha elections, congress had made Ratan Dewasi its candidate from the Jalore seat. However, Devasi was defeated by BJP's Devaji patel from here. This time, congress has placed its bet on ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot from the Jalore-Sirohi lok sabha seat.
