Dendulur Constituency is one in eluru District of andhra pradesh State. The assembly elections here are fiercely contested. In 2009, chintamaneni prabhakar contested from tdp party. chintamaneni became mla for the first time by winning with a huge majority over congress party candidate Kothuru Ramachandra Rao. After becoming an mla in 2009, he gained a good hold in denduluru constituency.

Even after the separation of the united andhra pradesh state, the tdp party chose Chintamane as its candidate for this constituency. He won from Dendulur constituency for the second time as the tdp josh was huge after the bifurcation of the state. The party has nominated Chintamane from denduluru constituency as the tdp candidate for the 2019 assembly elections for the third time. But Boy Chaudhary gave him a big shock by winning over Chintamane with a huge majority of 17000. And in the year 2024, the tdp mla seat of denduluru constituency has been given to Chintamaneni.

This constituency has given the seat to Kotharu Abbayya Chaudhary who is a sitting mla of ycp party. Boy Choudhary served the public without any controversy during these five years of administration and he gained a good foothold in the region. This time he campaigned heavily saying that chintamaneni should win anyway. Also, it seems that the election day is approaching. It is clear that chintamaneni boy Chaudhary, who has won as mla twice and is contesting as mla for the fourth time from the same area, is sweating in this election.
