Opportunity to become an officer in indian Army, apply immediately for UPSC CDS II 2024
If you want to become an officer in the indian Army then you have a great opportunity. UPSC has invited online applications from candidates for CDS exam. Union Public service Commission has invited applications from eligible candidates for Combined Defense services Examination i.e. CDS. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in. Through this examination, candidates will be selected for 459 vacancies of many courses.
Educational qualification-
- For I.M.A and Officers Training Academy, Chennai, one must have a degree from a recognized institute.
-Candidates for indian Naval Academy must have an engineering degree from a recognized institute.
- For air Force Academy, candidates must have a degree (Physics and Mathematics in 12th) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institute.
Students who are going to appear for final year or end semester examinations can also apply for CDS, but there should not be any existing backlog till the previous semester.
Application Fee-
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200 to fill the CDS form. This application is free for women, SC, st candidates.
