Champai Soren steps down as jharkhand CM...

On Wednesday, Champai Soren submitted his resignation to the governor as the chief minister of Jharkhand. jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) executive president hemant Soren announced his plan to form the government. "I became the chief minister a few days ago, and I now have state-wide responsibility." This decision was taken by our coalition, and hemant Soren was named our commander upon his return. Champai Soren told the reporters, "I have now resigned from my position as Chief Minister." hemant Soren was forced to step down before to being taken into custody by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a purported land fraud case, and the 67-year-old JMM leader was sworn in as the chief minister on february 2.

On june 28, hemant Soren was granted bail by the jharkhand High court in a money laundering case related to an alleged land fraud, resulting in his release from jail after nearly five months. "Everything has been told to you by the cm (Champai Soren)...We will go into great detail with you. hemant Soren met with the governor to assert his claim to creating the state's administration. "We have followed all procedures," he assured reporters. hemant Soren declared he was a victim of a conspiracy after being freed from prison five months early. "I was wrongly accused. After a plot was concocted to harm me, I was sentenced to five months in prison. I have faith in the legal system. After the court issued its ruling, I was released on bond. However, the legal system is drawn out," he continued.

"Although the petitioner's behavior has been brought to the attention of the Enforcement Directorate due to the First Information Report that the petitioner filed against ED officials, overall case analysis indicates that there is no possibility of the petitioner committing a similar type of offense," the jharkhand High court had declared. The ED had called Soren more than once before questioning him at home and taking him into custody on january 31.
