This means that there are three types of contradictions in the words of the Union Ministers. Some said that not now, others said that they would privatize the Visakhapatnam steel plant regardless of whether there are profits or losses, and others said that they would convince the prime minister not to privatize.

In a sense, the issue of privatization of the visakha steel plant is still hanging in the balance. This is a litmus test for the current coalition government. There is no other situation like this.
