One month wage incentive for first-timers...announcement in budget:

Union minister nirmala sitharaman has said that one month's salary will be given as an incentive to those who go to work for the first time. The financial statement also said that one crore youth will be imparted vocational training in leading institutions of the country.

The Central Government's Interim Financial Statement was submitted last February. In this context, Union minister nirmala sitharaman presented the entire budget for the current financial year in Parliament. He said that priority will be given to 9 sectors including increasing agricultural production, employment and skill development.
Accordingly, Union minister nirmala sitharaman said that employment will be increased through 3 schemes.In it, it has been mentioned in the financial statement that one month's salary will be given as an incentive to those going to work for the first time. minister nirmala sitharaman said that 2 crore 10 lakh youth will be benefited through this.
Similarly, it has been mentioned in the financial statement that the new entrants in the manufacturing sector will be given an incentive in the provident fund for 4 years. In all sectors, the government has announced that provident fund concessions will be given to companies hiring new employees with a monthly salary of less than one lakh rupees.
That is, it has been mentioned that the deposit fund given by the company to the newly joining employees can be received from the government for 2 years, 3 thousand rupees per month. Regarding education, nirmala sitharaman said that a loan of up to Rs 10 lakh will be provided for higher education in the country.

Union minister nirmala sitharaman said that 1 crore youth will be imparted vocational training in 500 premier institutes in the country for 5 years. It has been mentioned in the financial statement that 5 thousand rupees per month and one time 6 thousand rupees will be given as incentive for this training which will be provided for 12 months. That means, overall, one year of training will get an incentive of 66 thousand rupees.
