In a twist of political drama straight out of a gripping telugu movie, the ysr congress party (YCP) seems to be facing its own version of a reality check. Once the reigning champion of Andhra Pradesh's political arena, YCP's fall from grace has been swift and, let's be honest, pretty dramatic.

Imagine Jagan, the once-mighty Chief Minister, now reduced to the status of just another MLA. Yes, you heard it right! From the pinnacle of power to the backbenches, Jagan's descent is nothing short of cinematic.

Now, the plot thickens. Reports are swirling that several ycp mla and mp candidates are doing the political equivalent of the moonwalk, slowly but surely distancing themselves from the party. Leading the charge is Kilari Venkata Rosaiah, a former mla who bravely contested against Pemmasani for the guntur parliament constituency, only to bid adieu to ycp recently. Word on the street is that a few other senior candidates are preparing their own exit strategies.

But here's the kicker: both the telugu desam party (TDP) and Jana Sena party (JSP) have firmly hung up a metaphorical “No Entry” sign for these disillusioned ycp defectors. And poor Jagan? He's trying everything from protests to theatrical media stunts to win back trust. But alas, even his party seniors are giving him the cold shoulder, suggesting that ycp is facing nothing short of an existential crisis. The ground-level reports are in, and they’re about as comforting as a cold shower in winter.
