 Botsa's wife jhansi is also excelling in politics. Botsa Satyanarayana's wife jhansi worked as Chairperson of vizianagaram Zilla Parishad in 2001. jhansi Lakshmi is also represented as mp from Bobbili. She also represented vizianagaram mp at that time in 2009. Botsa's younger brother Appala Narasiah is also continuing in politics. In 2009, he was also elected as a good mla of Gajapatinagar. But in the 2024 elections, everyone in the Botsa family lost.
