There is a demand to register a sedition case against congress leader Sajjan Singh Verma. high court advocate and former state vice-president of BJYM has written a letter to Union home minister amit Shah. In the letter, sumit Mishra has accused Sajjan Singh Verma of giving provocative speeches. sumit Mishra alleged that by giving the example of bangladesh violence, Sajjan Singh Verma has also incited people in india to fight and kill. He claimed that Verma's statement clearly amounts to anti-desh.


sumit Mishra has alleged in the letter, "Congress leaders have taken donations from international terrorist Zakir Naik. The purpose of the donation is to incite violence and riots in India". Mishra says that Sajjan Singh Verma's statement seems to be part of a nefarious conspiracy to throw the country into the fire of riots. He has requested the Union home minister to take strict action against Sajjan Singh Verma by filing a case under the sedition section.

congress leader Sajjan Singh Verma has given a controversial statement. Citing the example of bangladesh, he said that in india too people can enter the Prime Minister's residence. During the protest in indore yesterday, Sajjan Singh Verma said, "In bangladesh, people have registered entry into the Prime Minister's and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Now it is India's turn." He further said, "One day due to wrong policies, people will enter and occupy the Prime Minister's residence too." bjp strongly condemned Sajjan Singh Verma's statement. bjp spokesperson said, "Sajjan Singh Verma's statement is going to throw the country into the fire of riots". He advised Sajjan Singh Verma to apologize.
