But this time, Jaganmohan reddy gave mp ticket to shankar Narayana. As a part of this, Anantapur ticket went to shankar Narayana. But unfortunately, shankar Narayana was defeated by TDP. shankar Narayana was defeated by tdp candidate Lakshminarayana Valmiki by a margin of about 1 lakh 88 thousand votes.
But after the defeat of the ycp party, shankar Narayana did not really care about the Anantapur cadre. shankar Narayana did not conduct a single review of the defeat. shankar Narayana said that after experiencing all the positions and now being defeated, instead of staying with the party, he is thinking of going to the side parties. There are reports that the ycp cadre under the jurisdiction of Anantapur lok sabha is worried.
