Can the Chairman of rajya sabha be removed?

Following this, the Speaker MPs from the opposition and the nda stirred up controversy around jagdeep Dhankhar.

The opposition is now banding together and getting ready to remove Vice President jagdeep dhankhar through impeachment. A move against Dhankhar is expected to be brought by roughly 87 Rajya Sabha MPs, if reports are to be believed. In the event that this occurs, a motion to remove the Vice President will be presented in the house for the first time in indian political history.
