Important meeting of uttarakhand cabinet under cm Dhami!!!

A meeting of the Dhami cabinet was held today under the chairmanship of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. A total of 32 proposals were placed in the meeting. These included approval for Surface and Mining Mineral Supervisor service Rules, making Bhagwanpur Mandi the main Mandi, presenting the uttarakhand Sports university Bill 2024 in the Assembly.

1- Approval to include Additional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary / Secretary, Rural Development and Commissioner, Rural Development as a member in the Board of Governance of uttarakhand Gram Vikas and panchayati Raj Institute in the list of Board of Governors of uttarakhand Rural Development and panchayati Raj Institute.

2-Approval was given regarding re-implementation of One Time Settlement Scheme to amend Sub-rule (5) of Rule-14 of uttarakhand Mining Rules 2024.

3-Approval for promulgation of uttarakhand Surface and Mining Mineral Supervisor service Rules 2024

4-Approval for promulgation of uttarakhand Geology and Mining Subordinate Technical service Rules 2024

5-Approval for creation of total 7 posts for operation of newly constructed old age and disabled housing home with capacity of 50 elderly persons at Raiwala, dehradun under Social Welfare Department. Apart from this, approval for construction of old age and disabled housing home in every district of the state.

6-Approval for promulgation of uttarakhand Territorial Armed Constabulary Subordinate Officer service (Amendment) Rules 2024

7-Approval of uttarakhand Policy for payment of compensation amount on death of prisoner (2024). Under this, compensation amount from 2 lakh to 5 lakh will be provided.

8-Decision regarding adjustment of salary during the strike period of uttarakhand Diploma engineer Federation and earned leave of the concerned personnel.
