governor Haribhau Kisanrao Bagde said on tuesday that immediate action should be taken to fill the vacant posts in the Medical and health Department. Along with this, he said that work should be done fast for 'TB free Rajasthan'. Bagde held a review meeting of the Medical and health and Medical education Department in raj Bhavan. In the review meeting, Bagde has said that the medical department should work with accountability to keep the health of every citizen right. He said that the state in which health services are better, develops rapidly. According to the official statement, Bagde emphasized on doing effective work by paying more attention to health services in backward and tribal districts, availability of doctors, monitoring. He directed to take immediate action to fill the vacant posts in the department and also get promotions done in time.

The governor also directed to take action by running a campaign for 'TB free Rajasthan'. He directed to do special work in this regard at tehsil, village and district level and to make collective efforts to make rajasthan completely tb free in the next three years.
