Big statement of punjab cm Bhagwant Mann!!!


A state-level program was organized in Jalandhar, punjab on Independence Day. Where chief minister Bhagwant Mann hoisted the flag. Addressing the program, cm Mann said that to wash away the stain of drug addiction on the forehead of the state, our government has made a zero tolerance policy. Under which 14381 smugglers have been arrested so far. Along with this, 10394 FIRs have also been registered under NDPS. Property worth Rs 173 crore of smugglers has also been seized.

Bhagat Singh's statue to be installed at Mohali international Airport


While addressing the program, cm Mann informed that Mohali international airport has been renamed as Shaheed Bhagat Singh international Airport. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh on september 28, a 35 feet high statue will be installed at the airport. A proposal to name Halwara airport after Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha ji has also been sent to the Centre. We will try to honour the martyrs. cm Mann said, "Today is the birth anniversary of late Ajit Singh, the uncle of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh and the founder of the Pagdi Bachao Jatta movement for the freedom of the country. We pay our tributes to him. Let us pledge to follow the footsteps of these martyrs."


'Hockey team brought glory to the country in the Olympic Games'

cm Mann said that I congratulate the hockey team of the country. It is a matter of pride that 10 players in the team are from punjab, who have brought glory to the country in the Olympic Games. All the players will be honoured. Kheda Watan punjab Diyan will start from Sangrur on 28 August.
