Anna Canteen's will start operating at Full Capacity from Today!

On the eve of Independence Day, the andhra pradesh government decided to reopen the Anna Canteens throughout the state yesterday. On august 15, the first phase was inaugurated with 100 Anna Canteens. On that day, chandrababu naidu is scheduled to visit Gudivada, situated in the krishna district, with the purpose of launching an Anna Canteen.

The reopening of the Anna Canteens was discussed with authorities by minister Ponguru Narayana of Municipal Administration and Urban Development. On august 16, these canteens will be fully operational. minister Narayana, meanwhile, went to the Akshaya Patra kitchen in mangalagiri Mandal's Atmakuru hamlet to examine the setup for the Anna Canteens' food distribution. Speaking at the event, Narayana emphasized that meals were only available for Rs. 5 under the 2014–19 tdp government's rule. He mentioned that throughout that time, about 4.60 crore meals were provided. The project is being reintroduced, according to Narayana, in order to once more assist the people. He said that the Anna Canteens' food distribution is being handled by Akshaya Patra under contract. He praised the organization for keeping the kitchens sanitary and orderly. There would be 180 canteens in towns and 200 in rural, according to government plans. Narayana promised that the majority of these Anna Canteens would be located close to marketplaces and hospitals so they could more efficiently serve the underprivileged.
