Minister vikramaditya Singh met the Governor…?


The bitterness between the NDA-led narendra modi government at the Centre and the Congress-led Sukhu government in Himachal is not hidden from anyone. This bitterness in politics is also natural as there are governments of different political parties. The Himachal government has been accusing the central government every day that they were not given any help for relief work after the disaster. During the campaign for the lok sabha elections, prime minister narendra modi had even said that the financial help received after the disaster should be investigated.


The cm had opposed the Union Budget

Recently, the budget presented by Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman was opposed by chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu in terms of Himachal Pradesh. He had called it unclear in terms of helping Himachal. Apart from this, Public Works minister vikramaditya Singh, who usually moves away from the party line, has once again talked about working together with the central government for the development of the state. Earlier, vikramaditya Singh has also praised the Union Budget on social media.


'Reconstruction works are being completed at a fast pace'

On sunday (August 17), Public Works minister vikramaditya Singh reached the raj bhavan in shimla to meet governor Shiv Pratap Shukla. Here he informed the governor about the damage caused after rain in different parts of Himachal Pradesh. On this occasion, vikramaditya Singh also told the governor in detail about the reconstruction works. Public Works minister vikramaditya Singh told the governor that he visited the disaster affected areas Samej, Bagipul, Rajban manikaran and Malana.


PWD informed the Governor

The Public Works minister said that there has been a lot of loss of life and property in this disaster. He told the governor that the department restored the road by building a Bailey bridge in a record five days. vikramaditya Singh told the governor that information about loss of about Rs 500 crore has been received during the disaster. He has also met Union home minister amit shah and Road and Transport minister Nitin Gadkari and requested support for the state.
