A constituency is divided into four to five mandals. The surrounding 15 villages were converted into a mandal and the mandal system was made available. MPTC and ZPTC were established and mandal governance was made available. Due to this, the mandal system has become a ray of hope for the people who have faced many difficulties till then. The same mandal system is still continuing in many states. By introducing the ntr Mandal system, the decentralization of power seems to have started. It should be said that due to this, officials are available to the people, governance is decentralized, and development has started.
