On january 9, 1983, ntr formed the first non-Congress government in andhra pradesh and registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records. As soon as ntr became the chief minister, the top officials tried to eradicate the corruption of IAS and IPS. For this, the post of dharma Mahamatya was established. Ramireddy, who was close to him, was appointed as dharma Mahamatya. Ramireddy used to suddenly attack the offices and houses of high officials. Due to this, ntr lost the support of the authorities in the beginning.
Measures have been taken to ensure that government employees must remain in the office from morning to evening. Also, the retirement age of government employees has been reduced from 58 to 55 years.
