Chandrashekhar Azad's party fielded candidates on three seats!!!
The dates for the by-elections to be held on ten assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh are yet to be announced, but political parties have started fielding their candidates even before the announcement of the election dates. After the Bahujan Samaj party, now Chandrashekhar Azad's party azad Samaj party (ASP) has announced the candidates for the by-election. The party has fielded candidates from three ghaziabad (Sadar), muzaffarnagar (Mirapur) and Mirzapur (Majhawan) seats on Sunday, august 18.
Chandrashekhar azad party has fielded Satpal Chaudhary from ghaziabad seat Sadar seat, Zahid Hasan from Mirapur seat of muzaffarnagar and Dheeraj Maurya from Majhawan seat of Mirzapur. The party has said that it will soon announce the candidates for the other seven seats. ASPA candidate from Majhawan seat Dheeraj Maurya is a resident of Purjagir village of Kon block. He was joining azad Samaj party since the year 2022. He is currently the district secretary of azad Samaj Party.
BSP fielded candidates on two seats
Meanwhile, Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj party has announced its candidates from Milkipur seat of ayodhya and Meerapur seat of Muzaffarnagar. BSP has fielded ram Gopal Kori from Milkipur and Shah Nazar from Meerapur. A very interesting contest is being seen between BSP and azad Samaj party regarding the by-elections to be held in UP. Where BSP has announced to contest the by-election after a long time.
At the same time, Chandrashekhar Azad's party, who is elated with the victory in the lok sabha elections, has geared up for the by-election. Let us tell you that out of the 10 seats on which by-elections are to be held, five seats Sisamau, Katehari, Karhal, Milkipur and Kundarki were with the Samajwadi Party. On the other hand, Phulpur, ghaziabad, Majhawan and Khair were with the Bharatiya Janata Party. While the Meerapur seat was with BJP's ally Rashtriya Lok Dal.
