In Chamba, Himachal, a young woman has filed a molestation case against bjp mla Hansraj. On receiving the complaint, Chamba police has registered a case and started investigation. BJP's accused mla Hansraj is currently an mla from Churah assembly.

The victim who filed a complaint against Churah mla Hansraj is the daughter of bjp booth president. The victim has accused the mla of obscene chat and asking for nude photos. A complaint has been made to Champa SP in this matter, after which the police of Mahila police station has registered an FIR against the mla and started investigation. The victim has alleged that her life is in danger from the MLA. In such a situation, the victim has appealed to the police for protection. The accused bjp mla has been the Deputy Speaker in the Jairam Thakur government of Himachal Pradesh. According to the news published in Dainik Bhaskar, the victim told the police that bjp mla Hansraj talks obscenely to her on chat and asks for nude photos. The victim further told that she had talked to the accused mla in connection with some work. On this, the mla started asking her to meet him and started pressuring her to agree to his demand. The victim daughter of the bjp booth president told the police that the workers of the accused mla constantly threaten her to delete the chat. The girl said that if she remains silent today, then the same will happen to other poor people in the future. The victim girl alleged that whenever she goes to the mla for work, he asks her to agree to his demand, before that you will have to agree to my demand and do what I say.

The girl said that there is a threat to her life. The victim said that if anything wrong happens to me or my family in the future, then these people will be responsible for it. According to the girl, she is of the same age as the daughter of the bjp mla, despite this he had an obscene chat with the girl. The girl has claimed that her phone was broken to destroy the evidence, these people can go to any extent to get the chat deleted.
