These proposals got green signal in cabinet meeting!!!


The madhya pradesh cabinet has approved the micro irrigation project in Chitrangi of Singrauli district. The project worth about 1 thousand 320 crores will provide irrigation facility to the farmers of 142 villages in 32 thousand 125 hectares. A cabinet meeting was held today (Tuesday) under the chairmanship of chief minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. deputy cm Rajendra Shukla informed the journalists about the decisions taken in the cabinet meeting. He said that the minister in charge will visit the respective districts every month and spend a night.


CM Rajendra Shukla said that all the ministers of the state will insist on celebrating the program organized on Janmashtami festival on 26 august with grandeur in the respective districts. He told that there will be a ban on the education of other religions in madrasas. The cabinet has approved the establishment of the office of Superintendent of police of EOW in three other divisions Shahdol, Narmadapuram and Chambal. The office of EOW is currently operating in 7 divisions. The cabinet has also decided to develop the Narmada river. A committee will be formed under the chairmanship of the chief minister to develop the Narmada river.

Deputy cm Rajendra Shukla said that the minister of River Development, Housing, Revenue, panchayat Rural Development, Forest minister will be the members of the committee. The committee will call a meeting once a month. He said that the cabinet has also taken important decisions for the bodies. Section 43A of the madhya pradesh nagar Palika Second Ordinance has been amended. In nagar Palika and nagar Parishad, the presidents are elected through the councilors. The process of no-confidence motion for the presidents was earlier for 2 years. Now it has been increased to 3 years. After three years, a no-confidence motion can be brought against the nagar Palika and nagar Parishad president. Support of three-fourth councilors has been made mandatory for the no-confidence motion. The cabinet has decided to expand the Cyber Tehsil project to the entire state. Cyber Tehsil pilot projects were successful in 2 districts.
